We work with historic buildings including the local New Forest cob houses. The image shows a crack found in a boundary wall during the course of a structural survey on a local New Forest property. The cause was the roots of a nearby tree around three metres away. As the tree carries a Tree Preservation Order (TPO), the wall will be redesigned and rebuilt to accommodate the tree.
