Meet Our Team

Andrew Elliott | MSc EngTech MICE MCIHT AssocRICSManaging Director

Andrew joined the company in 2006, and has experience in a number of roles, including planning & architectural design, oil and gas site design, historic and listed buildings, flood risk assessments and building surveys. Following the retirement of Richard Elliott, Andrew has taken on the role of managing the company.

Wayne Bonnici | BEng (Hons), MEngSenior Engineer

Wayne has worked with REA Ltd for over 15 years, working in the contracting and insurance industries before that. His specialism is structural engineering, mainly steel and timber, but he also has extensive experience and knowledge of the building regulations for a wide range of projects, and has cultivated a large and diverse clientele on the way. Wayne’s civil engineering background has been utilised predominantly for work for oil and gas sites over the years, in addition to other projects.

Phil Fenna | MEng (Hons)Engineer

Phil joined us over five years ago after graduating from university. He has established himself as a key member of the structural engineering team, and has developed a varied client base including portal frame fabricators, architects and householders to name a few. Phil also enjoys drainage design and associated projects.

Lewis Smith | BSc (Hons) Engineer

Lewis joined our office after graduating in 2015, having completed his year placement with us during his degree. His area of work is predominantly structural engineering, with a specialism in SIPS design, but he also carries out building regulations and drainage design as well. Lewis is currently studying part-time for his MSc Civil Engineering with Structural Engineering at Portsmouth University.

Steve How | ACIATArchitectural Technician

Steve has taken an active role in our planning/architectural department since joining in 2014, and has nurtured a strong working relationship with the local authorities. His expertise is in architectural design and planning, and he is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.

Will Baughan | MEng (Hons)Engineer

Will has joined us recently having gained structural engineering experience at other companies following his graduation. He has fitted into the team quickly and is aiming towards achieving his Chartership.

Ali Speed RawlingsBookkeeper/Administrator

Ali has been with us for over ten years, and is primarily responsible for the accounts and systems, and keeping the administration side of the office in order.
