Andrew joined the company in 2006, and has experience in a number of roles that focus on planning & architectural design and building surveys with a specialist interest in historic and listed buildings. He is a Chartered Architectural Technologist, Chartered Building Engineer, and an RICS Certified Historic Building Professional. Following the retirement of Richard Elliott, Andrew has taken on the role of managing the company.

Wayne has worked with REA Ltd for over 25 years, working in the contracting and insurance industries before that. His specialism is structural engineering, mainly steel and timber, but he also has extensive experience and knowledge of the building regulations for a wide range of projects, and has cultivated a large and diverse clientele on the way. Wayne’s civil engineering background has been utilised predominantly for work for oil and gas sites over the years, in addition to other projects.

Phil joined us in 2012 after graduating from university. He has established himself as a key member of the structural engineering team, and has developed a varied client base including portal frame fabricators, architects and householders to name a few. Phil is currently working towards his chartership status.

Lewis joined our office after graduating in 2015, having completed his year placement with us during his degree. His area of work is predominantly structural engineering, with a specialism in SIPs design, but he also carries out building regulations and drainage design as well. Lewis has recently completed his MSc Civil Engineering with Structural Engineering at Portsmouth University. Lewis has completed his MSC in Civil Engineering in 2020 and working towards his chartership status.

Steve has taken an active role in our planning/architectural department since joining in 2014, and has nurtured a strong working relationship with the local authorities. His expertise is in architectural design and planning, and he is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. Steve recently completed a CIAT accredited degree in Architectural Technology.

Jack joined our team in 2019 after graduating with a MEng (Hons) Civil Engineering degree from Plymouth university. Since joining the team he has contributed to a variety of structural design projects, and is intending to study towards achieving chartered status with the IStructE.

Luke has recently joined our Planning/Architectural team as an Architectural Technician. He has over 7 years experience in the Highways and Marine departments, becoming proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit. In this time he has achieved a HNC in Civil Engineering and gained his EngTech with the ICE as an Engineering Technician. He is now progressing his knowledge in the architectural field with his architectural technology degree studies, and as an Associate member of the CIAT, he is looking forward to advancing further with this.

Lynne joined REA Ltd in 2023 to assist the administration team.

Emma joined REA Ltd in 2024 to assist the administration team.
